LTC 08/09

HELLO! (: Hope you enjoyed the LTC and learnt new things during the camp. :D

Main Comm

The Main Comm's LTC started out with a run at Bedok Reservoir. We ran one round under the rain and we had to do 7up/5up. Meaning, while running, we got to count from 1 - 100 and each number which is the multiple of 5 or 7 and contain 5 or 7, we got to shout 5up or 7up. (: All of us were soaking wet.

Run. (:

Push ups.

Starjumps.

130 pull-ups.

88 sit ups.

990 half squats.

220 Burpies.

330 step ups

After the PT, we proceeded to our next task, which is to somehow play games. There were a total of four games. First game was the human trolley. Each of us got to tie either our hands or legs together with the person next to you and the initial plan was that girls be the one holding the guys legs (except for XX and Jordan).

Understand what I meant about tying one another's leg? (: We had hell lot of difficulties walking.

Our initial plan failed. Because the guys were too heavy for the girls. So we did a swop.

And finally!

We spent a long time in the first game because it wasnt easy. And poor Grace fell and hit the bottom of her chin.

The next game was the chair game, that was similar to the caterpillar game, just that this time, our legs were tied again.

Then~, we went on with game no. 3 - The skipping rope. We had to skip 20 times continuously.

HAHA! I know pictures cant say much, so there are videos for you to see how tiring it was.

and tried.....

and after mutliple times of trying, we finally managed to jump 20times!

We almost died. And after jumping so many times, most of us got a big hole on our socks. Then, we moved on to our last game - filling of bottles. We had to separate all of us into 3 groups and tied our hands together to fill a bucket of water. Then, together, with the hands tied, fill a 1.5L bottle full.

After that, it was finally our lunch time at about 2pm. We were supposed to come out with 6 tee shirt designs, 4 notice board designs and 2 web page design within 1.5hours, while having our lunch. (:
